Find a book published 10+ years ago

Published: October 20, 1999

I am a huge fan of professional wrestling especially WWE. All the neighborhood kids were weaned on imported betamax/vhs pay per views of then WWF by my uncle who was a hardcore fan of the sport.

When WWE Raw had their tour round these parts, I immediately brought a ticket even if I had to scrimp and save for months. The sheer impact of Undertaker’s entrance alone made it worth all that money. The energy of the audience was electrifying! It was an unforgettable experience of my life.

It was also Rick Flair’s birthday at that time. Some wrestlers like The Rock celebrated with him on the ring. Triple H brought out a cake. You could really see he respected the legendary wrestler a lot.

When Mick Foley had his meet and greet, I also stubbornly fought my way to the front of the crowd just to get a good view. The man was a sweetheart. His love for the fans was palpable.

WWE is not the same nowadays so I am very privileged to have seen these legends in person.

Once their paths cross, their worlds will never be the same.

I love books set in the 1920s. This era had a certain je nais se quois that makes stories that much more appealing. This is about Irish and Italian gangsters crossing paths and forced to work together

I am a huge fan of L.A. Witt and narrator, Michael Ferraioulo. Nobody brings LAW’s book to life better than Michael. This book was written specifically for him so we know it’s going to be a fantastic experience.

Sometimes angels deserve to fall.
Sometimes all they need is a little push

While I prefer my angels falling for demons, this one falls for a very alluring human who might just end up ruining everything. I’m reading this for the cover because it’s soo lovely!
