The first part plodded but it eventually gave way to an enchanting epic story of fae and magic. Also The Gentleman With The Thistledown hair reminds me so much of Jareth the Goblin King.

Has anyone seen the BBC drama of Jonathan Strange & Mr. Norrell? How was it?
