Borderless is a gay love story between a Russian soldier and a Ukrainian boy in the context of the current Russian-Ukrainian war. Just one of the many tragedies that take place in the shadow of war and are often doomed to oblivion. Because in journalistic reports, the dead are reduced to numbers, numbers without nerves, dreams, lips. Numbers piled on top of each other resulting in a sad sum, demanding a small ransom: be remembered for who they were. Tracing the stories of whimsical children crying over another ice cream, shirtless men running through city parks, women with hot breasts strolling along the waterfront, old men on cold benches with an empty seat nearby.
