STUCK AT HOME BOOK TAG
Hi everyone!
Sorry for not posting my reviews yesterday. I don’t write them in advance and I missed my schedule because my eyes were so tired from staring at the computer all day they just want to close. So I decided not to look at any screens for the meantime to give them a rest. Damn weak eyes.
Sometimes I wonder how other people manage. Like, they read a lot, play video/mobile games, blog, do social media and work all day using a computer without eyestrain. Do they eat a lot of blueberries?
Anyway, my eyes are a little better now so I’m going this quick little tag today. I found it here.
The Rules:
- Thank the person who nominated you
- Answer all the questions below
- Pingback to the creator: Ellyn @ Allonsythornraxx
- Nominate 5+ bloggers you’d like to know more about to do this tag
What are you currently reading?
I’m loving this so far!
This is a story of a spy and a country doctor set in post-war Britain. As always with Cat Sebastian, we get sharp writing and endearing characters.
What’s your favourite ‘can’t leave the house’ activity?
Listening to audiobooks. I tried doing it while commuting but it’s so noisy I could hardly hear anything. Also, my house is right beside a major highway so I can only do it at home at night when it’s quieter.
A book you’ve been meaning to read forever?
The main reason I still haven’t touched this is because I am a lazy reader and I am afraid I would get overwhelmed with all the things I need to process and characters I need to remember. I have always described this series as epic. I want to be in the right mood to properly enjoy the epicness of it all.
An intimidating book on your tbr?
Ditto here.
Who wouldn’t be intimidated with 3338 pages of awesomesness?
Top three priority books on your tbr?
Recommend a short book?
39 pages of most adorable meet-cute ever at the London Underground!
Recommend a long book?
1104 pages of Roman shenanigans featuring my favorite golden boy, Sulla.
Something you’d love to do while stuck at home?
Talking to my pets. I have two dogs and four cats. Sometimes they talk back.
What do you plan on reading next?
The next step on my quest to conquer the Unbreakable Bonds series. Snow and Jude’s 2nd story had mixed reviews so I’m hoping my love for Snow will help me push through the rough patches.
Hope you enjoy this post. I’m tagging anyone who wants to do this tag. Have a great weekend!
