This is a film about a man with severe autism who develops a strong affinity for his male carer. Lucas becomes more visual and imaginative when he’s spending time with his carer, sharing a cup of tea! The special tea helps Lucas to see things he wouldn’t otherwise see, and even helps him to communicate a lot more elaborately than he would ordinarily. This is a film which questions how far beyond the boundaries we would go to provide someone with a disability, the chance to experience the world through different eyes — if only for a short time.
