A Boy’s Love tale filled with Buddhism and mystery!
[Volume 2] An unusual domestic love mystery. This is the purification and rebirth edition.
Mic (borrowed name) is a young man who attempted suicide and then lost his memory. Neo is the temple worker who found Mic and took him in. Mic enjoys a carefree lifestyle at the temple at first, but his memory starts to trickle back before long. Separately, Neo begins to uncover Mic’s past and is slowly crushed beneath the weight of the knowledge. “I’ll never fall in love with Mic” he promises. Does his heart agree…? As we put an end to the tale, this is where Mic and Neo’s story begins.
At it’s core, this is a simple love story of the paranormal kind that fortunately ended happily. The rest are just there to make things convoluted.

Sensei! Koi No Shitsumon Desu! – Tomoe Fumi
Sensei steals glances at me. I think it’s cute because I want to make him mine. A sweet high school love story.
For me, this is less of a love story and more of a teacher’s worst nightmare.

Caramel Honey – Takuhei
Ayato transfers into a new school, hoping for a fresh start. Sadly for him, the school turns up to be filled with deliquents, and the most feared of them all has his eye set on him. And it doesn’t help, that whenever Ayato accidentally takes off his glasses, everyone around him suddenly becomes completely smitten by him.
I would have liked this more had Ayato been less weepy and had more backbone.

Ouji no Kikan – Junko
Story 1 (Chapter 1-2) Satake Kou attended the wedding of his sister unknowingly that he will be reunited there with his cousin, Fumihiro, who used to be a very dumb fat guy, then transformed into a charismatic prince! Kou became undeniably self-conscious about this while he is not aware of Fumihiro’s high regards towards him since they were little. And in their reunion, Fumihiro’s admiration has turned into something complex. How would Kou respond to Fumihiro’s feelings?
Best story was the first story, the other two were more on the the dramatic side.

This is every bit as beautiful as the sky on a summer day. Brought tears to my eyes.

Amadare no Koro – Momoko Suika
Suguru and Yoshiichi were neighbors who were always together until the day Suguru decides to move away. When they entered junior high, as promised, Suguru came back. But he was unable to transition into their high school, so he is thinking of taking exams for other schools. Yoshiichi’s image of the Suguru who’s always by his side shatters a bit. He became upset, lonely and jealous. Even when his heart swells so much and all he can think of is him…On top of Amadare no Koro, we’ve included an epilogue of their story, titled “Engage Key Holder” and a side story of Suguru’s friend’s love story titled “Haru no Iki”.
I feel like the artwork is messy and not easy on the eyes. The story is that familiar jr high school to high school (or high school to uni) separation anxiety between two people who are close.
