After a chance meeting, an 18 year old Alex makes an unexpected encounter with a middle aged man. Strangers in a new city, the two are brought together by their similar hardships. Behind closed doors they share a special bond through quiet moments unlikely and spontaneous as it is meaningful and intimate: first a thrilling crush, then a gentle friend, and finally an ally in loneliness.
